South Korea is the most wired country in the world. India is an epicenter of software development. South Korea is seeking offshore manufacturing bases. India is home to a plethora of low-cost, reliable IT production facilities. Both India and South Korea have good relations with the United States, which has acknowledged, but wants to tether both of their nuclear development programs. The 3E Café in Daejeon, Korea

Thursday, October 1, 2009

We have recently witnessed a flurry of meetings between diplomats, politicians and grey-haired scholars from across Asia to discuss climate change, the environment, the financial crisis and energy challenges in anticipation of the Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change.
